Product Description

T202 is zinc butyl octyl primary alkyl dithiophosphate (ZDDP).

This product features favorable anti-oxidation, anti-corrosion performance, anti-wear and extreme pressure properties. It can effectively protect engine bearings from corrosion, and prevent oil viscosity growth due to oxidation in high temperature. The product has a light color, good oil solubility and good compatibility with other lubricant additives. It can be widely adopted in various industrial lubricating oils such as gear oil and hydraulic oil. Combined with detergents and dispersants, the product can be used to produce all grades of engine oils.

Treat rate is 0.5%-3.0%.

1. Packed in 200L metal drum, IBC tank, or made to order.

2. Long-term storage temperature should not exceed 45ºC.

3. Handle & blending temperature should not exceed 65ºC.

4. Not dangerous chemicals, store in a dry & clean warehouse.

The raw materials were inspected before entering the factory to ensure that the requirements were met.

During the production process, sampling inspection, real-time monitoring, and correction.

After the production is finished, each batch of goods shall be sampled and tested to make sure the goods are qualified before leaving the factory.
